ADEWUMI FOUNDATION STREET FEEDING OUTREACH – AJEGUNLE, APAPA, LAGOS (OCTOBER 24, 2025)

On October 24th, 2025, the Adewumi Foundation carried out a heartwarming community outreach program focused on Cooking and Feeding the Less Privileged in Ajegunle, Apapa, Lagos State. The initiative was part of the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to support vulnerable communities and extend love, hope, and nourishment to those in need.

The day began early as volunteers of Adewumi Foundation gathered to prepare delicious, home-cooked meals. In a spirit of teamwork and compassion, the volunteers worked tirelessly — washing, cutting, cooking, and packaging meals made with care and joy. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, unity, and a shared sense of purpose.

Once the meals were ready, the team moved through the streets of Ajegunle, distributing the food to children, men, women, and the elderly who were delighted to receive a warm meal and a kind smile. Many of the beneficiaries expressed deep gratitude, while volunteers shared moments of connection that reflected the true spirit of humanity.

By the end of the day, hundreds of plates had been served, and countless hearts were touched. Beyond the food, the outreach brought a sense of belonging and hope to the community — reminding everyone that kindness, no matter how small, can make a powerful impact.

The Adewumi Foundation remains committed to its mission of empowering communities and supporting those in need. This outreach marks another step in our journey to build a better, more compassionate society.
